Support for seniors (experts) and foreign talents
We discover the new talent that society needs
In a diversifying society, what is noteworthy is free and diverse working styles.
The mission of our human resources company is
to mediate the needs of people and companies of the times.
The diversification of working styles and the preparation of a society to accept them were thought to progress gradually over a little longer worldwide but the current COVID-19 pandemic has led to the sudden spread and establishment of the new working styles such as teleworking.
In this era, the role of our human resources company as a social infrastructure is to propose diverse ways of working and new working styles to people and discover and secure new talent to open up the next generation.
No matter how much AI evolves and the appearance of society, companies and people changes, the importance of trust-based communication that connects “people” and “companies” will not waver.
The needs of companies who want the right talent when and where they need it and the diverse needs of workers such as period, time and type of job. If our human resources company can act as intermediary between these two parties and makes the hopes of both parties fit beautifully, it will surely dramatically change the way people interact with each other.
The wealth of experience and skills that only seniors possess, make them experts and therefore,
they are the most valuable human resources for driving society forward in the future.
Senior human resources in their 60’s and 70’s who were previously considered to be the “retired generation” in contemporary society, are still active and many of them are highly motivated to work. Although they may not be as physically strong as younger people, the “rich experience” and “knowledge” they have cultivated over the years are valuable skills that only senior human resources have.
At Sanko Corporation, we call such senior human resources “expert employee” and place special importance on them as commanders for outsourcing (contracting offices) and team dispatches.
Considering the fact that side jobs (double jobs) will likely become more common in the future, we can predict that the needs for working styles will become even more diverse, such as those who want to make better use of their specialized skills, those who have a strong interest in a particular industry and those who want to work only during their preferred hours.
As a company that connects people and jobs, we will strive to create a stage where many such people will think, “at Sanko, I can find the job and working style I want”.
We are actively recruiting diverse human resources,
including foreign nationals to revitalize the local industry and economy.
Japan’s working population is declining and in order to maintain the same economic scale as it is now, new talent is needed to make up for the decline in that respect. Foreign talent has the greatest potential for expansion.
The recent Paralympics also opened my eyes to the fact that there are more disabled athletes than we had imagined who can perform just as well as the general public.
In the future society where diversity is taking root, it will become commonplace to work with such diverse talent, which has not received much attention until now.
If women and senior talent are included, there should be many more talented people who can shine.
However, it is difficult for ordinary companies to discover new talent on their own. That is why we, human resources experts, have a reason to exist.
By accumulating examples of the promotion and success of diverse human resources, we will demonstrate that we can contribute to many companies. We believe that this is the path to realizing the rich society we aim for.
